Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Kemiskinan: Suatu Kasus Nelayan Tradisional Di Desa Kalupapi Kecamatan Bangkurung Kabupaten Banggai Laut

This study aims at analyzing the factors causing poverty, forms of poverty, and poverty alleviation programs for traditional fishermen in Kalupapi Village. The method used in this research is descriptive method, using primary data and secondary data. The results show: 1) The poverty in traditional fishermen in Kalupapi Village is caused by six factors, namely: the quality of human resources, alternative jobs, working capital, the technology used, institutional factors, and fisherman habits. Meanwhile, 2) The poverty that occurs in traditional fishermen in Kalupapi Village is in the form of natural and cultural poverty, and 3) The poverty alleviation program for fishermen in Kalupapi Village is still about fulfilling basic needs and access to basic services, as well as fishing gear facilities.

Analisis Kemiskinan dan Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of average length of schooling, school year expectancy, and life expectancy on poverty levels in Central Sulawesi province. This research is a quantitative research. The data used is secondary data from 13 regencies/cities in Central Sulawesi Province for the 2013–2020 period. Data were analyzed using panel data analysis with a random effect regression model. The results showed that the average length of schooling had a positive effect and was proven to increase the poverty rate, Long School Expectancy had a negative effect and was proven to reduce the poverty rate, Life Expectancy had a negative effect and was not proven to reduce the poverty rate, Life Expectancy2 had a positive effect and was not proven to increase the poverty rate in Central Sulawesi Province for the 2013-2020 period.

This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the form of community participation in the development of tourist villages and what are the policies for developing tourist villages in Toinasa Village. The results of the study show that the form of community participation as the main actor in all stages of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation activities in the development of a tourist village in Toinasa Village has been going well both from the aspect of utilization of tourist objects and aspects of utilization of tourism products. It's just that public awareness needs to be increased to become a sense of ownership of every program implemented by the government, so that the community has responsibility for the success of the implemented program and will be more motivated at the next stage. As well as how the need for support from other stakeholders such as villages, local government and the tourism sector which have greater resources in terms of finance, partnerships, information, knowledge and technology.

Analisis Pemasaran Clove di Kecamatan Baolan Kabupaten Tolitoli

This research aims to find out the channels, margins, and efficiency of marketing. Baolan Subdistrict was chosen purposively because this area has the highest harvested area and production in Tolitoli District. The research sample was52 farmers and 4 traders consisting of two village traders, one Subdistrict traders, and one District trader.The analysis model used is the channel, margin, andefficiency of marketing. The results of the research show that there are three clove marketing channels in Baolan Subdistrict, Tolitoli District.The total marketing margin obtained on channel three is IDR. 4.903, while the total margin on channel one is IDR. 4.865 and the total margin on channel two are IDR. 4.353. The efficiency of clove marketing obtained on three marketing channelsis less than 0.01 percent, and the efficiencymarketing channel is channel three.

Implementasi Program Penanggulangan Stunting pada Anak Bawah Lima Tahun (Balita) Di Kabupaten Donggala

This reseach aims to analyze qualitatively how the implementation of the stunting prevention program for Toddlers in Donggala District. The research was conducted at the Department of Health of Donggala and the UPTD. Delatope Public Health Center. This research applied a descriptive research design with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, and documentation then analyzed with a content analysis model which was carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results show that the implementation of the stunting prevention program in Donggala District has started in 2017 but has not run optimally until now. Dissemination and advocacy have not been maximally implemented, the Decree of the Team for the Acceleration of Stunting Prevention at the district and sub-district levels is not yet available, there are still limited facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of policies. However, the attitude and commitment of the officers who received the program well and had implemented stunting prevention activities despite the limited availability of resources greatly helped the implementation of the stunting program in Donggala District.

Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Pengembangan Objek Wisata Kecamatan Banawa Tengah Kabupaten Donggala

This research aims at determining the participation of community in the developing the tourism objects in Central Banawa Sub-District and formulating strategies and policies for community participation in developing the tourism objects in Central Banawa Sub-District. Type of the research was descriptive with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Central Banawa Sub- District, Donggala District. Primary data collection techniques used interview techniques to related respondents and secondary data obtained through library studies sourced from literature, documents or writings related to research problems. The results of this research conclude that the development of tourism objects in Central Banawa Sub-District shows community participation through community involvement which is categorized as: (1) participation in the planning stage; (2) participation in the implementation stage; (3) participation in the utilization stage; and (4) participation in the evaluation stage. The strategy in this development used a SWOT analysis to capture the opportunities that exist as a manifestation of the awareness and concern and responsibility of the community towards the importance of development aims at improving their quality of life.

Analisis Kontribusi Pendapatan Nelayan Terhadap Rumah Tangga Nelayan Di Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Parigi Moutong

This research aims: 1) to analyze the household income of fishermen in Parigi SubDistrict of Parigi Moutong District, 2) to analyze the contribution of household income of fishermen in Parigi Sub District of Parigi Moutong District, and 3) to analyze the level of fishermen household welfare in Parigi Sub District of Parigi Moutong District. This research was qualitative. The results show the classification income of fishermen: the great fishermen get IDR. 4.600.000 per month is in the decent living category, medium fishermen get IDR. 3.540.000 per month is in the sufficient category, and small fishermen get IDR. 2.500.000 per month is in the near-poor category, while the contribution of fishermen's income to the household in Parigi Sub District is under the fishermen's classification: the contribution of great fishermen are from the husbands’ income around 60.5 percent and the wives’ contribution are around 39.5 percent per month, the contribution of the medium fishermen are from the husbands’ income around 63.9 percent and the wives contribution are around 36.1 percent per month, and the contribution of small fishermen are 100 percent from the husbands’ income. The level of household welfare of fishermen in Parigi Sub District is mostly included in the under-prosperous criteria.

The purpose shows that in formulating a particular goal in the field of waste management at the Environmental Service of Palu City is considered good, under the Regional Regulation of the Palu City Government. The division of work shows that the placement of employees is under their duties and functions, especially the Waste Management Division of the Environmental Service Office of Palu City. The delegation of authority is considered quite effective because it is intended to facilitate the work of the leadership, therefore it is necessary to delegate authority and be carried out with a full sense of responsibility. Supervision is deemed ineffective because there are still employees assigned to supervise field work in terms of transportation to disposal to the Final Disposal Site who often experience delays. The Unity of Orders shows that so far orders have always come from the direct superior. Coordination is considered to be effective and must be improved again; therefore the implementation of activities will run according to the predetermined plan.

The results of the study indicate that: (1) Clarity of communication has been successfully implemented because the direction given to the apparatus is able to optimize program implementation, clarity in disaster socialization is also considered successful because it is able to grow the readiness of residents and district level officials (2) human resources are adequate to implement implementation of policies (3) Disposition effect in the form of efforts made by BPBD in minimizing risks in disaster management that have been carried out properly (4) Implementation of SOPs has been successful because the handling of the implementing team is oriented to the disaster that occurred. Fragmentation has also been successful because the division is based on pre-disaster, disaster and post-disaster management.

This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Therefore this research is about the performance of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Palu City in holding Legislative Elections simultaneously with the Election of the President and Vice President as well as the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Palu City in 2019 with a public service theory analysis approach. Agus Dwiyanto's theory in 2006 includes five variables, namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability that the performance of the Palu City KPU is only a responsiveness variable that shows less or weak in supporting the performance of the Palu City KPU in carrying out its duties and functions in the Legislative Election together with the General Election. President and Vice President and DPD in Palu City. Other variables such as productivity, service quality, responsibility and accountability are sufficient to increase the performance of the Palu City KPU in public services in the 2019 simultaneous legislative and presidential elections.
