Pengelolaan Sampah Ditinjau dari Aspek Organisasi Dinas Lingkungan Kota Palu

Abstrak

The purpose shows that in formulating a particular goal in the field of waste management at the Environmental Service of Palu City is considered good, under the Regional Regulation of the Palu City Government. The division of work shows that the placement of employees is under their duties and functions, especially the Waste Management Division of the Environmental Service Office of Palu City. The delegation of authority is considered quite effective because it is intended to facilitate the work of the leadership, therefore it is necessary to delegate authority and be carried out with a full sense of responsibility. Supervision is deemed ineffective because there are still employees assigned to supervise field work in terms of transportation to disposal to the Final Disposal Site who often experience delays. The Unity of Orders shows that so far orders have always come from the direct superior. Coordination is considered to be effective and must be improved again; therefore the implementation of activities will run according to the predetermined plan.
